LeBron James recently practiced with his old high school football team in full pads. LeBron James was an all-american high school wide receiver when he was in high school. While the NBA is in a lockout LeBron has plenty of free time to do whatever he wants, and that means even try out for NFL teams so that he can play football until the NBA comes out of the lockout.
At 6’8” 250 pounds LeBron James would make a perfect Tight End in the NFL, but knowing LeBron he will want to play wide receiver. At receiver LeBron can create many miss matches and use his size in the same way that Calvin Johnson does. It would be really ironic if LeBron decides to play football and ends up playing for the Cleveland Browns.
